We have an auto attendant which routes using the admin mailbox, and mailbox 1, 2, 3 etc. Most of the options did route to a ring group. We changed the set up so that the options route to a Nametag hunt group which is rerouted to the original ring group and then overflows to a further ring group...

I have found out what the issue is, the instructions on the Mitel help files are incorrect, it advises you dial the room status access code wait for confirmation tone and then dial the maid status code.
This is incorrect, you actually dial the access code *#0 in my case and then immediately...
Room status when dialled from an analogue phone does not return confirmation tone.
Dial *#0 but get no confirmation tone
Apparently the hotel tested it two weeks ago and it worked.
Any ideas
Have an issue with echo on alog trunks, have set up as per teh line length measure tool results and it was actually worse.
Also set as per mitel tech support recommendations.
Get bad echo when you hear ringing, and then for 2-3 seconds into call on all calls.
However some calls (20%) continue...
