    My thoughts would be along the same lines as the others re printer drivers but, KISS principle here, do you have print sharing enabled? (Control Panel, Network, File and Print Sharing)

    Windows 98 degrag/color problems

    As Paul says...I think you need to add more colours. For the defrag, I find it best to do this in safe mode. Minimum drivers are loaded and it works faster. When you boot, press F8 and start up in safe mode, defrag and then reboot as your normally would. Works like a charm.
