Besides what Godcom said to do, which i have started to, the hotfix #42 does not fix it still i recievethe same error message. Thanks for offering your help anymore thoughts would be great. Exchange Informatin store backup error
If i Delete the messages then the error goes away for that mailbox, but this one user has over 700 warnings in her mailbox, contacts and all come up corrupt file in the backup. I can't delete all her mail. this started happening after i moved the mailbox from one server to another across a Wan.- pixieduster

I Have been getting errors on backup saying "WARNING: "userlastname, username [alias]?Top of Information Store?inbox?Subject" is a corrupt file. This file cannot verify. and i already applied sp4 for exchange 5.5 and still i get this. What can i do? Please help. Thanks- pixieduster

How do you install sp4 for exchange 5.5 remote admin tools?
I have been trying to install sp4 for exchange 5.5 remote admin tools on a 2k advance server running sp2. every time i try it, it tells me i already have the latest sp on it. But when i check help about i am pnly on three. Help Please Thanks- pixieduster
