Used the test set before the phone system and that tested good.
Also found that if any line is connected to line 063 that I get the same double dial issue on line 062. When cable removed from line 063, line 062 functions properly. Maybe it is amphenol...
Happens all the time no matter which number is dialed.
I thought it was the line as well but I tried 5 of the 9 lines coming in and it's the same issue. People on the other end are saying that they ate actually getting 2 calls in at the same time.
I'm having a problem with a customer's bcm 50 when dialing out on line 063.
When it dials out and the other side picks up the line seems to "double" answer.
Ex: dial - someone answers - then there voice mail answers.
Or if they have no voice mail I hear the busy signal but conversation can still...
No its not attached to another phone. The only thing attached is a Companion. I noticed the companion TGAR was set to (1) so I changed to (0) but still no luck. I will post if or when a solution is found. You know its going to be the smallest thing right in front of my face.
