Done that. If you're not in admin mode c*9 doesn't work. It should work like that according to everything I read. I'm starting to think it's a bug or something...- dexxter

The phones are DBC 422 02/01001. I think I read something about that the function was implemented in R4-something... And we have R7 on ours. I think it's strange that the phone does reboot when pressing c*9, but it doesn't reset anything... OT: "Someone" must have selected wrong... Can I...- dexxter

Hi. I have a couple Dialog 4422 that I want to reset to factory default. I've tried c*5 c*9 that I found in some comment on this board, but it doesn't seem to work. The phone reboots but it still has the config it last downloaded from the server. And no, it's not connected so that it can...- dexxter
