Thanks Dima I'll try that out and let you know. BTW, would you be able to help if I had silly questions on how to do this, considering I am new to Reports?? I promise I will try it myself first... :-)

That would be a last resort... because then, all the printouts that the clients send will be one sided and the other reports need to be two-sided. If there is any way in which the one-sidedness can be programmed into the report itself, that will be great... Thanks
