    Avaya Site Administration R1.9.06- Updates?

    I'm currently running ASA R1.9.06 and I'm having a heck of a time finding any upgrades for it. Did Avaya change the name from ASA to Communications Manager? Is that basically the same thing? Thanks, Christopher

    I don't think so, I have Call Management System (Supervisor)installed on my pc but not CAS. Does CAS usually come with the Avaya Definity systems? Will it say Call Accounting System on the CD itself?

    How do I access the CAS? Sorry I'm fairly new at this and I've also looked into list measurements but I don't want trunk reports but extensions.
