External Call Transfer - CICS 7.1
Just a little more info. Its CICS 7.1 Call Pilot rel. 3 I remember trying to use line redirect, however, is this only for a single line? I need all (4) incoming lines to blind transfer externally from the AA/CCR menu if the caller does not press anything. Also, No set on the system has line...- hitecc

Traffic Study - 81C - rel 4.0
Quick question(s), Can a complete traffic study be peformed by simply polling the switch ONCE early in the morning, every day?
