I have a copy of my old disk drive. I want to get the express messages off of it and put them on my new hard drive. Any ideas on how to do it?

That didn't seem to help. I did fix the problem by deleting the microsoft network from control panel/network. When I deleted it it couldnt find protman.dos. I found it on the copy of my old drive and moved it over. Thanks

I just rebuilt w98, and keep getting a message the computer is unable to load msnp32.dll. It is there in win/system directory. Any ideas? Thx

My system keeps freezing up and has to be rebooted. As a symptom, every ten seconds or so the mouse cursor turns busy. I beleieve it is writing to the user.dat file. I tried stopping all the tasks running in the task manager, without any improvement. What the heck is it doing???
