First, on your 2003 server did you enable remote desktop in the System properties?
Second, you say your're unable to see that server in TSmanager...you mean its not showing up in the list or is there but unable to connect to it?
No, thats it. You can see the amount of licenses under Admin Tools/Licensing, where you can add or remove them.
With TS, you need to activate a license server which all or some of your TSs can use for the license pool.
Ive got 20 users on TS and if they are idle for a while, the session locks and requires them to login again to continue with their session. This is NOT the active/idle setting in the properties of RDP in TS configuration, as that is set to NEVER and the server overrides the client settings...
