I am trying to write over 20 IIF statments in one query, but Access tells me that the statement is too long. Is there a function that can be used instead of IIF that has no limit to the coding that can be entered.
I have also tried the SWITCH Function and come up with the same problem.

Is there anyway you can copy a worksheet to a New Book , keeping all formats and values without copying the links across. I using a marco for the copy ,and don't want to use Paste Special.
The problem I have with that is, that the Database query will be run many times during a day, with different parameters being entered by the users. I need to protect the worksheet once and not have to worry about it again.
