    I have a user who is having an Outlook problem. When he opens the program he clicks on an existing message or send/recieve. When a message opens, the message window goes behind the main Outlook window. Something is causing the main Outlook window to remain in the foreground. I don't know...

    BlackIce in my opinion isn't secure enough for a personal PC. If you have the knowledge to set up a firewall, you should look into something that's configurable and a known solution.
