Hi, I have KX-TDA30 and IP-EXT4. I used it with KX-NT136 IP phone and it worked flawlessly. But when I installed IP Softphone on a PC in the same network it didn't work. It connected to the PBX and I could dial an external number, but there was no audio (even after pressing 'SP-PHONE' button)...

I can't check it now, but the calls from extension to CO are never disconnected. Only forwarded calls that come from CO and are redirected to CO. And the redirection is on the ICD group level, not on the extension itself. Piotr
