    ...point before "press pool button": I don't know which one is pool button. The SPM screen is not the same as 4424LD+. The middle block has 5 buttons in a column on SPM but the phone has 6 buttons in each column. Also I checked manual found *35 is for "No ring" option. Not sure why it is needed.

    Thanks. Adding 9 made it work for calls initiated from another extension. Did not work for outside calls transferred to that extension. So I did #80 to enter the auth code at the actual phone (although it has been said it is not needed), then it worked for outside calls.

    Update: Made some progress. Use #33 to enter forward number, at "forward to:" prompt, enter *13334445555# it is accepted by on the screen it only shows Forward:133344455 with last two digits cut off. Test calling and transfer to ext 222, got voice mail prompt. Never forwarding call.
