    I have XP home installed with a Canon printer. Every time I boot up, XP "finds" a new printer. If I try to install it, it can't. How can I stop the computer from finding this phantom printer?

    I had to download the new drivers for my modem at work so I could get my home computer to work. The best idea (one that I didn't use) is to update the drivers BEFORE you install XP. Reminds me of "Keyboard error, press F1 to continue".

    I am trying to count the # of SKUs that have sales of over 36 pc. I have this formula in a group footer: EvaluateAfter (Sum ({@Total}, {tItems.Size})) ; if Sum ({@Total}, {tItems.Size}) > 36 then 1 else 0 CR8 won't let me sum this formula. Any ideas?

    ...counts on hand inventory by color (RT1), and the other by style (RT2). I want a formula to calculate the percent of on hand by color in relation to on hand by style. When I create a formula ((RT1 / RT2)* 100), the first color in a style is 100%, and the last one is correct. How can I do this?

    I have a report that groups sales first by month, then by location. I want another group at the bottom that totals sales by location. I know that this is another simple one, that's why I can's figure it out.

    That will only select the records with that address. I want all records selected for each customer, but in the group footer (since I supress the details), I want to print only the address "000". I assume there is a formula, but I can't find it.

    I am having a similar problem with the same card in a new PIII - 800 that I just built running Windows ME. I can get windows to find the card and install the drivers, but when the computer restarts, it hangs.
