I forgot how to have this line ring at front desk but disable other sets from calling out on this line. I'm doing two jobs this week and have no time to research the books!

I changed the DRT to 10, then I changed the mumber of rings before forwarding on the receptionists phone. (Feature 266344; 23646).

Yikes; I changed the rings to 5 on all. That didn't work so I changed all back to 4 rings except the special line we call for mailbox to 1 ring (Appear only at receptionist desk) and it rings 4 times before the Company Greeting.

All 7 of our lines should play our recorded Company Greeting that is set up for any time receptionist doesn't pick up after 4 rings. The only one that works right is a line we call from outside to go directly to our mailbox that only rings once.
