Hey all, hopefully someone can help me out:
I have an extension set up and the director wishes to have that phone, if not answered, cover to one of our attendants and, if they can't answer, he wants it to then go back to voicemail. I was messing with some programming and know that you cannot...
Yeah, I think most of the guys that "oversaw" the telecom responsibilities before me didn't know a whole lot, so I wasn't sure what had happened to make them think that it was corrupted. I just wanted to make sure, thanks for the input guys!
Hey guys, I'm still making my way through the mess I've inherited with my new job. I was looking through my list of Class of Restrictions and one is labeled as "Possibly Corrupted". Is this even possible? And if so, is there a way to see what has been corrected? Thanks in advance guys.
Yeah, I had set up a coverage path to go to Audix, but for whatever reason, when the calls bounces to cover it never goes to VM it will just continue to ring. I would like to try and keep away from setting up a vdn if possible, but if there is no way around it looks like I'll have to go that route
I'm trying to figure out how to get 6 extensions to go to 1 centralized voicemail box in avaya modular messaging. I'm aware of the secondary extension but I wasn't sure if I could get more than 2 extensions to go to 1 VM box, thanks.
