The reason i as so meny question is that we have a number of sites with VPN connections between but at all sites we also have the Sonicwall Pro. i have two suggestion: 1. Use OWA easy to setup, and you don't have to bother comp2 2. if comp2 is on a different network, then you could use...- vickyp

OK A little more detail please. You have given the configuration of company1 but not company 2 i.e. firewalls etc What is the relation between comp1 and com2 Are you running in native mode or mixed? Are the visitiors trying to get mail using POP3?- vickyp

What is the reason for the bounced mail? How are you connecting to the exchange server, do you have the sonicwall vpn client on the client pc?- vickyp
