You could look for other files to delete off of drive C:. Some include MEMORY.DMP in the WINDOWS folder (if it exists).
Also you could consider moving the PAGEFILE.SYS off the system disk or deleting it altogether.

Import phase 1 scans the tape for possible images to import.
Import phase 2 reads the "selected" images and populates the catalog (index) with what it finds.
Note: You should have write protected the tape (that expired) before doing anything as it could be over written if left in the tape...
Try this. Create two policies.
One to backup up the each individual cluster node's drive C:, System_State:, and other drives you may have common to all cluster nodes, minus the shared drive(s).
The other backup policy should backup the "cluster (NETBIOS) name" and only the shared drive(s)...
I just updated from 5.1 to 6.5.3.1 and had a similar problem with disk volume down. I had to delete the storage unit definition and recreate it. After that, it worked fine.
