TNB data from Excel to PBX
Does anyone have a procomm script to transfer TN data from and excel spreadsheet back to the PBX? Do I need to change from excel to txt or word? Any help would be greatly appreciated.- 10acboy

TNB to Excel
I've got the same question, but I'm new to the forum. I got the macro (pepedog.com) to print my tnb info into an excel spreadsheet. I've made some changes on the spreadsheet. Now I'm stuck. ACD Observe
When asked for the agent ID, input the position ID of the phone. This should work for you.- 10acboy
