DTU-8D phone on older Elite system has green message waiting light that is blinking. Phone works. Has to check VM periodically. Rebooting phone did not clear. Note that this is remote location. I did not see it yet.
ASYDL starts at 512. DISS shows 2.0 for main. We actually get Caller ID on the other lines if you press the key (Line Preferance) before you answer. We want it automatically like on the first key.
Our network administrators use a cisco feature that auto disables a port meant for a pc in exactly 5 min. When ever we convert that port for an IP phone we have to remind them to take that feature off. Or the phone logs out in 5 min.
We have Tappit EX. When we do reports we are only getting "MY line" numbers. We cannot get private numbers, Main line hunt numbers or any virtual numbers. How do we get this to work??
