i thank you so much misseditbythatmuch, if you don't mind, i just wanna make sure i understand, the C6 is installed as if it were a phone set(ex: the port that would go to ext: 27) using the TCM connector, then, the 25 pair connector wires get tapped into the 4 phone lines coming into the box...

my lines are setup as hunt, line 1->2->3->4->1->etc... the caller id works in a weird way, when the display shows the number, then F811 works, otherwise, it just says what line i'm on. my phones are set to send the caller id to int 23. i hope this is enought info. thank you Arr and...
