Messages not storing in folders (and vanishing messages)
Hi cmv313, The only suiggestion I can make is that's there possibly another replica out there somewhere causing this; however, in cases where the design has looked ok, I have found that deleting the system folders & views, and then replacing the design, has worked. I've tried this, and succeeded only in knackering the environment entirely. Luckily, it was a test environment. Things which need to move/change are the ICL databases, which are encrypted with the CA server's ID (I think). In addition, there's the $CertificateAuthorities in the Domino directory...- CrashTestDomino

How do I enable IM status at the inbox view?
JBoss, I'm guessing that, at some point, you upgraded your users' mailfiles to a template that offers IM awareness, as you have some working. What mailfile template are you using, and what server & client? Is your Sametime server installed on top of Domino, and is it using LDAP or a Domino...- CrashTestDomino
