I would agree that the green capacitors IE BFT needs to be replaced...but I am a little leary of the hard drive too. Even if the BFT fits a PAA the monitor should return a blue screen with a series of dots on bootup. The fact that you are not getting those dots make me believe that the hard...

I agree, we just had the same issue and switched the PRI back to primary (where it should have been all along) and it cleared the issue.

Yes this sounds like an issue with the capacitors and the BFT needs to be replaced.

I have a customer that is running three BCM 400 (3.7) with VPIM. I can send messages across the network by logging into the mailbox and compose/forward a message. However, the customer is wanting to transfer callers (F986) into mailboxes at other locations. Can this be done? I can't get it...
