    Avaya 5410 not loading

    I have some used 5410 phones and I plugged them into IP Office 7.0 and I tried a 9.0 but the display reads waiting for firmware to download and the counter begins running and the phone never comes up. Using the monitor tool it shows that it loaded the R6 file but it keeps trying to load it...
