Be sure that the chips you are installing are 512K cache. Most of the dual P3 motherboards require that the CPU have the 512K vice the 256K cache.

I've switched the distribution protocol on the server to ICS, and that's running well, except the original issue still remains, and even worse than before.
Now, the connections are bombing out / freezing up with even less progress than was previously evident while using NAT.
