    What I did was add the phone numbers to the CLID Routing Table in the CallPilot Manager. From there I created a skillset that played a forced "number not available" greeting and then straight to a disconnect... Works like a charm now...

    Auto HF when getting a call-T7316 on BCM 3.6???

    When we upgraded to 3.6 we noticed that the Hands Free line was removed from all 7316's and both intercom lines were moved down. Are you sure that is not the issue here?
