    Yes, I physically removed the profile by right-clicking on the My Computer icon, properties, user profiles, delete. Where can I get s/w that will allow me to recover the deleted user profile. Did you use recover4all s/w to restore a user profile before? Thanks

    I'm using Backup exec version 8.5 and lately I'm experiencing the problem where the "use cleaning cartridge" light goes on after I insert a DLT tape which I just used once before and after the DLT device was just cleaned. If anyone have experienced anything like this or know of a fix...
