    Oops. Neglected to mention that. Both processors are at 8.0.44. Yes, channels were in use when I made the changes. I'll try to not make changes until it's idle. I have a network guru checking the network end to make sure that isn't the problem. Thank you for your response!

    We sell Metropolis OfficeWatch. It is a good basic package and we have very few problems.

    IP trunking between IP office and communication manager version 2.0

    We have a customer who has a 406v2 trunked to a S8500 with CM 2.2. It has been rock-solid for a year and a half. But all they are using is 4 digit dial between locations. Each site has its own trunks and voice mail. No problems whatsoever.
