Where can I get a copy of sw (ver 2.1) to run on XP?

If I hook up my laptop to the CP using a serial cable then open a session of Hyperterminal and make the changes, when I start the reboot of the CP I will be able to to see what is happening? There are 2 pcmcia slots, shoud I try the card in the top slot to see if that makes a difference?

Update: I tried a phone in the RJ11 ports that supply the CP and they work fine. I pulled the compact flash and reseated the software card. I checked the existing power supply and it's putting out 9.12 volts. I tried another power supply from another unit we have that is working fine. I tried...

I did try a second reboot. Would I just plug in a 7310 to the RJ11 port that the call pilot plugs in to for the test?
