    Thanks endlesswinter what I mean is that After press Intercom for external call, I have to press Feature XXXXXXXXX as password for long distance call. Is there anyway I can setup a "shortcut" key, press only 1 key instead of 'Feature XXXXXXXXX" password? Thanks in advance
