Predictive Dialers and Contact Center 6

Thanks for all the replies. The problem we have with the CCMM dialer is that it doesn't make multiple calls on behalf of the agent and it doesn't support tone detection (fax line, answering machine). Or does it support the fucntionality as mentioned above? Thanks

Predictive Dialers and Contact Center 6

Hi We are looking at implementing a predictive dialer in our Outbound Call Centers (Collections and Telesales). We have invested heavily in Contact Center product suite (CCMA, CCMS, CCT6, CCMM and a Call Pilot implementation is on the horizon). What predictive dialers are available or...

    CCT6 SDK and RCW

We have only recently implemented CCMM, and not part of the Nortel Developer Program :( I have to sit and puzzle it all out :)

    CCT6 SDK and RCW

The "Power Dialer" I created (using CCT5/CCT6 and MS .Net 2003), allows the users to click a Dial button on a web apllication and dials the respective number on their behalf. It also handles the Not Ready with Reason codes (so the agents don't have to remember a list of numbers, they just click...

Extracting data from the "blue" database

what we did is install sysbase (included on the sccs client software cd) on the sever. One of the components it installs is the SYBASE OPEN CLIENT ODBC provider. Create a system DSN using this provider to connect to the SCCS blue DB.

Extracting data from the "blue" database

When you install the SCCS client on a workstation, it installs the Sybase ODBC "driver" on the workstation and creates DSNs that then use the provider.

    CCT6 SDK and RCW

Hi I was wondering how popular CCT6 SDK and the Report Creation Wizard (CC6) are (show of replies?)? Also, if you are using CCT6 and its SDK, what kind of integration you have done? I've developed a web based Power/Auto Dailer that dials a number when they click the corresponding button on...

RCW no @Report_Data_Range formula in template

So you noticed that too??? LOL The problem occurs within Report Creation Wizard. There are no third party apps or integration that has been done. Simply trying to follow the Nortel Documentation on how to create a report based on two (or more) tables using the Report Creation Wizard generates...

RCW no @Report_Data_Range formula in template

Hi I am trying to Create and Import an Advanced Report (via ODBC) using the Report Creation Wizard in CC6, and when I try to import it, it states that there is no @Report_Data_Range formula defined for the template. I have noticed that under the formulas section, that there is a...

    CC6 dialer - info required

Isn't the Dialer part of CCMM (Multi Media) product and not CC6?

Upgrading from SA 2, TAPI 3.0 to CCT 5.0

Hi. We have implemented Nortel's Communication Control Toolkit 5 and i have done some development on using it. Very easy using it with .Net IDE (nice documentation). We are in the process of migrating to Contact Center 6 and CCT 6. I have developed a Power Dialer (very easy) and i am now...

    CCT 5 and TAPI question

Hi, I need to make an application that dials numbers and then can transfer it (like a predictive dialer). Can i make calls (via CCT 5 or TAPI) but not from a physical set (i'm sure that CCT 5 needs an actual set). I have developed a power dialer (using CCT 5) and we are currently running SCCS...
