I have many agents using IP Phones 1608. Sometimes they are in current call and listen to one or two "ring tone" on their ears, like there is another call or something like this. Sometimes after this, the calls drops, sometimes nothing happens.
Do you guys have a clue????

The old system Siemens Was able to do It.
I've tried in other customer with IP office 9.1 , same Trunk and same extension model and worked ok.
The issue happens with every extension, including IP Phones and analog phones.
Via softconsole the call does not drop but the button does not work (no action) until the call is answered.
