I do have a DN that is configured for DN 4567, on our "Support Center" phones. As for the RightFax numbers, we receive them from the CO, and they are steered to RightFax via LD.87. Because I not sending out a "Caller ID" number the outgoing
calls are defaulting to the number assigned by the CO...
OK I found a prompt in the RDB called "CTBL" which stands for "CLID manipulation index". Now the 10 million dollar question is which/where (LD xx) do you program it up in?

In LD 15 check "OPT" look for "CFO" (Call Forward Originating) change it to "CFF" (Call Forward Forwarding).
