I know there was a way to set an option to allow a user to dial a phone number without having to pick up the handset first on older systems. Is there a way to do this on the newer systems (MICS 6.1)? If so, how? Thanks in advance.
I set "Return to AA" to yes, but all this does is send a caller back to the AA after listening to an informational message. It doesn't fix the main problem.
When a caller does not get through to the person they were transferred to and does not want to leave a voicemail, they push zero and are put back to the receptionist (works perfect). Is there a way to allow the caller to enter in another extension, instead of zero, to transfer to another...
I know they don't have the password because I set the system up, changed the passwords, and never gave it to them per their request. So unless they can read minds or hack the system (I doubt that since it is a church) it is safe to say they do not know what the password is.
I also have a client that this has happened to. The client doesn't know the password so they couldn't have done it. Is there a bug in the current software version?
We have a MICS 0x32 with 6.1 software, a Call Pilot 150, and T7316E phones. The caller ID is working, but it is only showing seven numbers and not the area codes. Can this be changed to the 10 numbers (ie. 770.555.1212) and if it can, how. Thanks for any support.
