I have a BC 11 SP15 system I am trying to forward an ACD group to a DEST code. I am able to forward to other ACD groups as well as to an ext. I have tried setting up PELP on Ext to route to DEST code which works if you dial EXT but not if you forward the ACD group to Ext.
