SMTP Queues Scheduled
Exchange will not send mail automatically all of a sudden. Queues just keep the status of "Scheduled" unless the connection is forced. Any ideas???- JamesNewbery

Spam Relay
One immediate solution would be to put the IP address of the 2nd MX server in your default SMTP Vitual server (Properties, access tab, connection, selct only the list below and add the IP address)- JamesNewbery
