Hotkey to ACDN voicemail...
So a user has hit me with an odd request. They want a ACDN created so people can call in and report issues. They also want a key on their 3904 that acts as a hotkey to bring them directly to the ACDN's voicemail line so they can simply enter the pin and listen/delete messages. Is there a way to...- aw.ward

First off, I've been using tek-tips for a while and you guys have all saved my bacon repeatedly over the years, so thanks!! Onto my issue, we recently moved a secretarial user who answers multiple lines MARPed elsewhere on her 3904, which shouldn't have had any effect at all on their answering...- aw.ward
