    Call Xerox support. They will want your FU2 number and they will put you through to second level colour. In the US the number is 1-800-821-2797 and in canada it's 1-800-939-3769. Most likely you have a problem with your permissions. First try using the Mac OS9 driver it avoids the CUPS.
