You should have your extens and agent id's setup with a different COR than your VDN's. You then can use Calling Permission on page 4 or your agent assigned COR to allow or disallow calling to those COR's.
The problems with the AUX reason codes were resolved in the latest update to OneX Agent 2.1.09184.0 this can be found on the avaya website to download. We had same issues, this resolved it for us.
