I am receiving this message while booting the switch. What is the key combination to break the boot process. Is this a software or hardware issue. I would attempt a new software load, but couldn't break the boot. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks Mike

I am having trouble physically testing all ports on a SS II 3900 switch. Internal Software tests appear to be ok, but we can't get any lights to light indicating a connection. Could there be VLAN's or other configuration that would prevent traffic to flow through the switch. Thanks Mike
