Applications try to re-install each time they are started
Check the permissions on the \winnt\installer directory, you will probably find that no one has permissions. What you need to do is take ownership of this directory as the administrator and then give everyone full control. This should fix your problem.- snrgiallo

Failover did not work after Active node locked up
