I have finally ditched Remote Desktop for good. It's been much easier just to run the free open-source UltraVNC. It's now got almost all the features of remote desktop, plus a much better file transfer mechanism. Remote Desktop was always a nightmare to copy files from one machine to another...- minorgod

If you can't get RemoteDesktop working, just get a copy of UltraVNC (http://ultravnc.sourceforge.net)and use it instead. It works great and as of the latest version has built-in file transfer between client and host computers. It's by far the best free VNC client/server I've seen anywhere. It's...- minorgod
