Slow restore in arcserve
A DLT7000 can shift an awful lot of data, very quickly. I think it can do about 10MB/sec - 600MB/min!<br><br>This is based on 2:1 compression though (I think).<br><br>Bunch of questions:<br><br>Does the DLT share the scsi channel with the disks<br>Are they hardware or software...- tinymoth

The exchange agent seems to copy attachments into it's directory so that it can transfer them to tape (I may be wrong about this but if you look in the agent's directory after a crash, you will see files in ther).<br><br>If the directory is protected by an open file agent or an anti-virus tool...- tinymoth
