We have a windows 2012 server running IIS8 with several sites. Each site has a corresponding external ip address.
One of the sites setup is actually a portal section of another domain which we do not host.

Some messages are being received twice. Any idea on which setting or application might be causing this to happen? Using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2000. Only some of the messages are being duplicated - internal emails as well as external ones.
