Hi
Trying to automate the following as seamlessly as possible without using call forward keys and so on.
I have two department groups associated with two ring groups with incoming calls routed to these via an external auto attendant options 1 and 2.
Department A outside business hours want to route off net via auto attendant only
Department B as and when route to voicemail via auto attendant only
Department A have fixed business hours but department B don't and want to set night service as and when required.
I want to use the business scheduler for department A ring group but if department B use dialled night service as and when this overrides the business scheduler.
Looking at tenanting and I can set the users of department A into a night leader tenant group but the business schedule is set to the DN of the ring group not the ring group members
Sorry it's difficult to test but my gut feeling is that this will NOT work
Any suggestions pointers will be much appreciated.
