    I've setup a ccr tree. When i call in to main # and select a number among the menu, it makes a beeping sound twice before it start to ring normally. Why is that? Any idea or help would be appriciated.

    When it comes to AA, if customer press 1500(virtual dn). I want to be able to pick up from 1555 and 1556 which both of them are actual phones.

    It comes to AA answer and customer press 1500 which is virtual dn. Then we can set answer dn from 2 other phones. That is what I am trying to do.

    Hi all, I need your help desperatly. :\ I setup target line 246 in bcm 400 pub.received # 1500 priv.received # 1500. Then assiged dn to 1555. After that, when I call the main # then press the ext. 1500, dn 1555 does not ring. What did I do incorrectly?
