Thanks Guys, there are conflicts, i was able to remove some, some others i do not see what the problem is (e.g the extension mentionned only exist on one site ..?!) I however dont think this is the root of the IP Trunk connectivity loss... I use static routes between the 2 sites and i tried...

Checked that just now, using ext 8XX,4XX and 3XX on Site A and 6XX & 2XX on Site B so no, nothing clashes. Im ready gobsmacked by this problem. No Changes were made and now i get this ip trunk loss every 45 minutes :(

A ping from site A to Site B which isnt to the Ayava IPO is fine. It only timesout if i ping the IPO on site B. I am not trying to add any user from one switch to the other, at least i dont think so :) I will try Lan2 on Site B.
