We have a problem with netvupoint we are not able to see checks on netvupoint since 08/02/2019 on EMC the last updated transaction job it was on 07/02/2019.
Please Help !

Actualy we are using a VPN with the DC server when this VPN is down this issue appears.
So Is There any why to keep RMC working even if the VPN is DOWN ?
