    Restricing my overhead paging

    I have a Route 22 for overhead paging. I set TARG to 01 and 02 however when i go to ld 16 to put tARG to 00 it wont let me. I have a bunch of phones with TGAR 0 that i need to restrict from Route 22 so they dont overhead page. How can i do this without having to change every phone TGAR to 0?
